Ive used the salon quite a few times but because my dog is a short haired lab/pit she only goes for baths and nail clipping. Everytime I enter to drop her off she is always happily greeted by a salon employee. She is always happy and always looks and smells great when I arrive. I'm always given a promise time of her being ready and I'm never let down.

Our dog was groomed and apparently after her visit this time we were told "not to come back" from a groomer working on a dog at a station - She is a big dog and still has puppy in her. They claim she tried to nipe/bite - why did they not put a collar on her if they were that concerned. On my last visit I received a "Pawgree Report Card" which only stated she really does not like her nails clipped (was explained by us on our first visit) - I am sorry but they were not professional in the way they handled themselves in relation to our dog or us. Thank you for our first bad experience ever and apparently for my dog also. I will be sure to pass along the unprofessonal manner in which you handle situations and to think my dog never looked better but was asked "to not come back".

This trainer was so so. My dog learned, but there wasn't a whole lot of useful material covered in the class. Took another class, and got his Canine Good Citizen, at the end. Learned a WHOLE lot more.
