PETCO GROOMING AT THIS LOCATION IS GREAT!! I am currently raising my third dog and of all the places I have taken them to be groomed, this place is great. Zack, one of the groomers, is the best with them and does a great job. I have zero complaints and definitely do not know what the person who posted before me is talking about....sounds like their is a personal issue going on because my dog goes there every three months for grooming and I could not be happier, just figured I would share.

We had our Maine Coon groomed here and we could not be happier. This is his first summer outside of New England and he became really matted and tangled, as a result. His appointment took about 3 hours due to the amount of work he required, but they did excellent work and he loves his lion cut.

I bought 2 ferrets from here and when I got them we had nothing but problems after. I signed custody of the ferrets back over to Petco and they told me I could call and check on the ferrets to see what they had... I had suspected skin conditions since I had looked it up on the computer and it showed similar markings to the ones my ferrets had... Me and my husband had to go to Petco to get a food dish for our 3rd ferret ( not purchased here) and I asked one of the employees about the ferrets and she tried to say it had burn marks on it... She was very ignorant and I would never burn my ferrets... I will not be shopping at this Petco again... And the service is horrible...

I would not advise anyone to have their pet groomed here. It takes a bit too long. I'm not to keen on leaving my dog for 3 hours. also the grooming should be scheduled around the groomers lunch. the groomer should not go to lunch when the dog is sitting in a kennel and the owner is waiting. gas is too expensive to leave go home and come back. and I thought the windows were for you to view while your pet is being groomed. my sone wanted to watch the groomer while she was doing another dog. apparently this did not make her happy and she actually said something when we were picking up our dog about being stressed because of someone watching while she did her job. this is the first time I ever had a groomer that had a problem with watching, I thought that is why the windows were there. now my dog did get upset when she saw us so we did stay out of site after that. Another thing is I don't like being treated like a criminal. when she was finished she wouldn't give us our dog until we paid. Our dog was very upset and trying to squirm away and she was holding her under her arm. If you are that concerned maybe you should have the customers pay before you do the service!
