PetSmart

I bought 10 neon tetras there yesterday, 2 were dead by the time I got home, and three died overnight, so I have 5 left, and they look pretty hungry. They were all undernourished, and two were damaged by the rough net handler who got them out of the tank.

I will not be buying any more fish there.

As a loyal and frequent customer, I am very disappointed in the way I was treated yesterday at the Woodbridge Petsmart on May 16, 2010. I take my two dogs to be fully groomed every 6 weeks. I am also a generous tipper. I have been going there for almost 18 months. I had an appointment and ran into horrible traffic. I was twenty minutes late. I tried to call but I was unable to get through. When I arrived, I was greeted by Danielle. She stated that because I was more than 15 minutes late, they could not help me. I explained the situation, told her I recently moved, and that I drove down from Alexandria. She said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak with the manager. Danielle's response was, "it won't do you any good, because he isn't going to groom your dogs, we are." I waited ten minutes to speak with the manager. The manager was also unhelpful but fairly polite. However, he basically called me a liar. I told him I was 20 minutes late and he said that I was later than that. Neither Danielle nor the manager ever offered to groom one dog rather than both of them. Surely if I had an appt to groom two dogs, they should have been able to assist with at least one. I can understand that I was late and they were overbooked but they could have been nicer and a little more accomodating. I will be taking my business elsewhere and Petsmart will be losing some good money. Someone needs to talk to the owners ....
