I had the pleasure of dealing with Randy, aka the Guru of all the info needed to have a lovely tank, he was very helpful and shared his knowledge with me in a way that even I ,A ROOKIE, was able to understand! His staff have been great as well! So from me to Randy & his staff I thank you all

Overall

I gave this place a chance 3 times and 3 times I was very disappointed. everything is overpriced. Staff is rude and gives out false information. They don't know how to handle the fish. I asked about an undulated trigger that was hiding in a rock. Didn't ask them to remove it from the tank, take in the back and force it out of the rock just to show me. But that's what they did. Completely stressed out the fish. Didn't want it anymore. The young girl is always rude. The older lady is a real b***h. She's a fish store nazi/control freak. DO NOT GO TO RANDY'S FISH PALACE. You'll be lied to and get ripped off. Carter's pet mart on March lane is way better. Twins fish store on west lane is way better. Exotic aquariums in Sacramento is way better. Heck! Any Asian store that sells fish is better than Randy's. If you like being lied to and ripped off, Randy's Fish Palace is the place for you. Rude rude rude! Overpriced! Misinformation all around. They prey on uneducated customers. That's how they stay in business. Shame on you Randy's Fish Palace!

This is the best place I ever ...

This is the best place I ever shopped at. The people there are funny very awesome personality and the dog that they have there is cool. So say you bring you kid there and you want to by a fish and your kid didnt want to go but you bring them enyway . Once they see the dog there they'll fall in love. I bought a 65 gallon fish tank and a stand and 3 peacock bass there and paid under $500. This is the best fish palace or fish store in the world. And they have a very high selection of fish too. Even if you kids dont like the dog (which they wont) they can feed the fish. But this is the best fish store in the world. I dont think petsmart or petco can beat them.THX Randy for the fun fish experiance.
