Monkey Joe's - Gastonia

I have always had good experiences here. Friendly helpful staff and lots to do. I have never had any problems except maybe the bathroom had ran out of toilet paper or maybe the toilet wouldn't flush. But as soon as I told the manager it was taken care of. Birthday parties are also AWESOME! Top notch service! A+ in my book! ��������

Staff was nice, helped children on slides! Checked brackets so some stranger didnt take them.. Good food also and clean slides

We've been to several Monkey Joe's and this is the worst in terms of customer service. They yell at the kids, blow the whistle constantly, and the bathroom was filthy.

i am not going to take my kids some where were the people are rude and they wont let you take pictures of your kids having fun thats not cool

I brought my little daughter to Mongkey joe's in franklin square. I was so happy to think that i could make her recording on my handy cam. But unfortunately it was far from realistic. The female staf come like police patrol not allow me to take some picture or recording even it just only for my daughter. So my daughter was so sad couldn't has birthday recording. She asked me why we could take some picture in disneyland but not in mongkey joe's.



On food court we also do not have enough cair for visitor.

This place was unprofessional and cost way too much money. The staff was unfriendly to both me and my children. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Chuck E Cheese is much more kid friendly!!! If you do want to check it out do it fast I'm sure it will not be there long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
