        Horrible grooming!

        I took my Yorkie to PetsMart after moving back to the area. I'd only ever taken her to petco & had a great experience. After reading several reviews, PetsMart APPEARED to be better. When I dropped her off, there was hair every where & it smelled. When I picked her up, she looked HORRIBLE. They'd practically cut all the hair off her face, nothing was even, one side was long, one was butchered. I was so upset! I not only asked for a manager, but refused to pay! Thankfully the manager was extremely nice, but regardless, I will never return & recommend you don't wait your time. I started crying when we walked out; it was THAT bad. Courtney was our groomer.
