Love! The new groomer. I had stopped going there because the previous groomer I felt did not listen to my instructions. After one meeting the new groomer got it right. I highly recommend. She did a great job!

Very pleased with the dog groomer. She is the first one in the area that actually cut our schnauzers like we wanted. Price was comparable to others but worth it.

I went to buy crickets today and the store has gotten real nice. It had been a month or so since I was there. I just wanted to say it looks real good and I like the changes. - Patsy

Clean store and friendly helpful staff. Helped me find a cat food that worked well with my cats stomach issues.

tropical fish and more always helped me with my rats. They gave me a rat on discount for 15 in stead of20 dollars. they always gave me advise on how to take care of them. I still shop there

This place is great and a real asset to our community. I agree with the previous post that the place was very clean and appears to be recently remodeled. Spoke to an employee that informed me they had a new owner. So happy with the peacocks I bought, beautiful colors. All other animals and reptiles looked well cared for in my opinion.

Stopped in here today to buy some dog food and was floored at how great the place looked. Found out there is new management in place and it shows. Place was super clean and looked great. One of the cleanest pet stores I've ever seen. Keep it up.

This place is horrible. Went in to look at the reptiles and they were all malnourished. When I appoached the owner on the condition of the animals, he tokd me that I was insulting him and gave me a nasty look. I was trying to advise him of their condition. I will never go to this pet shop again and would deter anyone else.. bad attitude, horrible service, and mistreated animals. 1 star is too much for this shop...

I bought a teddy bear hamster on saturday afternoon 8/30/14 and had to go back for a cage and got there when he was locking up and he was nice enough to let me in and i appreciated that. We picked the most friendliest one and was so loveable and healty. Now its tuesday 9/02/14 and ive been trying to call for the past 2 days to bring the cage back and have never answered. Since yesterday it has been acting funny ive been doing everything told and he passed away today after school tried to call no answer. Also for the 2nd day in a row they are suppose to close at 7 and closed earlier. Yesterday they were closed at abt 6 when i got there and today they were closed b4 6:30 when i got there! This is the worst service i have ever received bc i even got off work early to bring him there and they were closed! Would not recomend! Now i want a free hamster bc of their horrible service

I enjoy each visit and take my kids to look at the different animals and fish. I had never had fish before and my son was given a 65 gallon tank from family. The guys here were extremely helpful and knowledgable and guided us in the right direction for a healthy colony tank. We enjoy our visits each time and will continue to come back for all our needs. I've raised rabbits and worked at Petco and know running pet stores are tough. I haven't seen any mistreatment of the animals and enjoy talking to the guys about their living inventory. The store is rather small for the purpose but they make the most of what they have. Again, very knowledgable staff and I recommend them to everyone.

I think the people with 5 star reviews have been shopping in a TOTALLY different store...



Flies everywhere, fish with obvious diseases not being treated (the one lionhead goldfish i wanted had really bad fin rot), bunnies with huge patches of hair missing, rats shoved into tiny tanks... it is absolutely disgusting.



not to mention the stench and the cobwebs everywhere.



No matter how often I go in, I am ALWAYS baffled with how disgusting it gets. It's only ever getting worse.

I dont know what the provious person is talking about. I have been a customer with tropical fish for several years now and they are always very helpful. They are able to answer my questions reagrding fish I have and when my son wanted a bearded dragon they helped me pick out all the approperate things he would need. I love this place and love the new shope! By the way the dragon is still alive and doing well! (it's been 2 years)

I visited there a few days ago.....Yes they have some exotics there, the fish seemed well taken care of however, everything else was severely malnourished. cages were filthy and in many cases the wrong set ups were used.



I bought a rock python and a nigerian uromastyx In hopes of saving them. The snake died in a matter of hours, struggling to kill a small mouse. It was too weak to even do that. The mouse is alive and doing well.



I turned these guys in to the SPCA and will do everyting i can to put them out of business.
