Long story short BAD employees, HORRIBLE conditions of reptiles and fishes, etc. Sum it up not what they used to be they went downhill big time. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Where should I start? This would have to be one of the worst petshops in south jersey, the place is filthy the animals are either sick, dying, or underfeed. The employees are very misinformed, rude, and lazy it would take a lot for them to get off of their butts and assist a paying customer. The poor reptiles don't even have a basking lamp to keep them warm they look so malnutritioned and lethargic. The fish don't have heaters or filters running all the fish have diseases, and worst of all this store provide no refunds what so ever. This store sucks I would not recommend it to anyone it's a disgrace to see these animals kept in such poor conditions these people should be ashamed of themselves. It must be nice being these two teenage girls getting paid for sitting on their behinds doing absolutely nothing and knowing absolutely nothing. What kind of business practice is it for you not to be able to interact with a pet before you buy it thats like buying a car without testing it out. This place sucks so bad they're scared of letting the paying customer examine the pet before you buy it.
