Such a positive experience. Purchased our 2 babies from Petland in Tyler, Tx. Steve Soape was fantastic. Excellent customer service. Our babies were perfectly healthy. We were given so much with our purchase as well. A crate, water bottle, food, vitamins, toys, 30 days free pet insurance, connection with a top veterinarian for continued care and much more.

Great Experience. Cari was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, though, and genuinely cares about the animals and educating potential owners about the animals.

Mary, our favorite dish lady, was very kind and helpful...very professional and knowledgeable. We will be back!

This store has been in our community for many years and I am proud to say that. They have done a great job of delivering great customer service and caring for their pets. My husband and I purchased our baby here several years ago and because of how rare a breed she is, this would not have been possible without Petland Tyler. Our Toby is happy and has brought so much joy into our lives and for that I am truly thankful for this store and its staff.

Don't buy a dog from here. They are selling sick dogs and I have proof. Check out the complaints on BBB of Tyler, call the vets in the area especially the emergency vets. My dog died 19 days later. Something was wrong with her lungs and I can prove it. Also do your research on the Internet, I wish I had. There are a lot of complaints about sick dogs being sold here.

I'm thinking about buying a pet so I stopped by this location during a busy weekend. We were greeted by a lovely employee named Jessica. Her bubbly personality and smile made us very excited to shop around and find a pet for our home. Jessica is very knowledgeable and took extra time to inform us about different dog breeds, maintenance to think about, food choices for puppies, as well as cute accessories. Although we didn't purchase that day we will certaintly be back to find a furry friend.

My family and I had a remarkable, unforgettable and professional experience with Lorraine tonight. She was very caring, attentive and supportive to our needs and preferences. Her spirit is so genuine and it is quite obvious that she loves her job. As a result of her optimal customer service, we added a new addition to our pet family! We often place reviews on terrible service but I am one to appreciate and applaud excellent care just as much. Thanks Lorraine for everything and good luck to you as you excel in your profession. We’ll probably be back in a year for another puppy 🐶!

Where do I begin. The store is dirty, fish tanks dog kennels everything. Filthy. The staff is helpful but the prices for dogs are ridiculous even the ones that mixes! Little variety and is expensive! Rather go to another store that is cleaner and cheaper.

The damn English bulldogs are 4500$ lmao who do they think they are the only store that has them. They do this because they want you to finance a damn dog on a credit card it's horrible love the store but I will never buy a pet out of there just save yalls money and go to canton TX! They have just as beautiful dogs every first of the month for sale for at least half the price if not more than that!!!!

I've been going there off and on for the past year because they carry Taste of the Wild dog food. Usually my trips consist of going in grabbing the dog food and leaving however what should be a 5 minute trip always seems to be at least 30. This time one of the other associates was helping somebody even the person who was going to check me out ended up having helped them in checking out the person ahead of me even though I was there first and all this lady was doing was complaining about how the information was incorrect or something so I stood there for 10 minutes while they went over vitamins with the person who was supposed to be checking me out. The time before this I went there and there's breaker tripped and their system was down and I had to wait like 15 minutes for their registers to come back up. One time I still have to register for 15 minutes and nobody noticed me at all. Service is terrible. Do not go if you need in and out I will order the food off mind if I was home when it got there but don't want them delivering a $50 bag of dog food on my doorstep while I'm at work

When was the last time a male worked at Petland? Get the sexist feeling when I go into this store.
