        The Manager, Neftal Henderson should be fired, Very rude and is brain dead.

        Neftal Henderson needs to be fired. I bought a UV Sterilizer for my fish tank, never opened it and tells me that I can't return a water Pump. He is incompetent and should be fired or demoted. I will never shop there and will call petco headquarters.
