        we took our puppy for grooming. i had had trouble with another place and the other place lost their groomer due to a pregnancy. after seeing the commercial for pet grooming, we thought we see what could they do and how good...



        Tanya was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and attentive. we asked for just a trim and combing out of a few mats and to clip and grind the nails.



        Anni was soooo cute and the haircut and other services were performed promptly. Tanya even said Anni did very well! i highly recommend PetSmart grooming in monroe, la. for quality work and convenient, flexible hours, this is the place.

        I found this Pet Smart to be one of the the very best pet salons Ive ever been to. I took my small Maltese there for a puppy cut, they did a wonderful job. All the way from the salon manager to the store manager were very friendly. They also have great serves, I highly recommend going to this Pet Smart, for any pet care needs.

        the store is a mess. I paid for training classes but they had to give me my money back because the trainer never showed up. I took my small yorkie to get groomed the manager of the grooming salon and I talked about her cut, but when I picked her up 3 hrs later nothing was done but a bath & nails. They said I could bring her back and they would fix her, but I had a baby the next day. After a few weeks (when I could travel) I took her back for my free cut that they owed me and they would not honor their commitment. They said they meant I had a couple of days to bring her back. I tried to explain I had a baby but they did not care. Also their manger is very rude.
