Pet Kare II

We have been buying fish and supplies from Pet Kare II for about nine months now and it is by far one of our favorite places. The associates are very helpful and answer all our questions, especially Mike who has hepled us out on many occasions. They always have different fish and every fish we have purchased has been healthy. Also, if they don't have something in stock, they can most likely order it for you and have it in a few days. Recently we purchased a kitten from them and he is a great cat. He has no issues medically and is great with our two small children. We will contiue to shop here because of the great service we receive each visit.

As a customer of this store for many many years spending a countless amounts of money there. I feel as though the staff is very knowledgable, the animals are well taken care of. I don't feel that all shops should be judged based on one persons experience. Meaning when people talk about how horrible pet stores are or that they bought a sick animal, they probably don't know that the store has informed them that there is a possibility that the dog is sick and they should bring it for their FREE vet visit right away, and to let them know what the problem if any at all is. I have bought several dogs from this store and they have never lied or tried to hide anything about the animals I have purchased. They disclosed everything they knew about the animals to me health wise. It was my decision to purchase the animals regardless of what was wrong. A risk I was more then happy with as are most people. Only when they have to pay $3000.00 do they get mad and try to blame the store. It's not like you don't sign warranties and have them explained to you.... I shop here and recommend it to everyone.

I stoppped into to pet kare and was greeted at the door. i was supprised at the awesome collection of animals. they had all kinds of stuff from JR.(the macaw) to hedgehogs, chameleons, ferrets and puppies. the store was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. i have since purchased all of my animals from them, even my duck! if you are looking for a companion animal, you need not look further

A friend bought a puppy from here a couple years ago and the poor thing was so sick he almost died. I think she spent $3,000 at the vet the first month and a half she had him. Thank God she had the money...
