Fishy Business

I travel all the way from south Orlando to go to this store. They have the best selection and are knowledgeable. As to poor customer service, I don't like it when someone jumps on me the second I walk into a store. They let me browse around until I am ready, and once I am they are always willing to help out. Yes some times there is someone else in line before me and I have to wait, but thats to be expected isn't it?

Customer service was horrid. No acknowledgment when entering the store. Younger guy was eating an would not even turn around to see who entered. Heavy set fellow sat on a stool, never showed any intrest in being helpful. Asking simple questions about water qaulity and testing incite hostility in this man. The only people that said hi as we entered the store, were the panhandlers out front.

I have been back several times and will continue to do so.The staff is very Knowledgeable and very helpfull. they will continue to be my source for fresh water fish and supplies.

This is probably the best store I have shopped for freshwater fish! Price and display made shopping very easy. I appreciate the time to look not be asked constantly if I could be helped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will shop again even if I have to drive two hours to get there. Mike

This place had all kinds of freshwater and saltwater fish. The setup of this store was great. This place rocked, except for the customer service. I was in the store maybe 30 minutes and no one said anything to me. No, 'how are you,' no, 'can i help you,' or anything. It was like i didn't exist. but other than that, it was a great store.
