By far the worst birthday party experience we've had. Let me start out by saying the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. After the three party hosts literally did nothing except talk among themselves, the manager came and demanded a 10% tip for a party myself and my family hosted our selves. My guest did not feel welcome, and many left early. I was being charged for infants and adults just to walk through the door and the kids sat for 15 minutes with nothing to drink because the hosts were conversating instead of hosting the party. My family will NEVER come to this establishment again. If you're looking for a place to feel unwelcome by a rude manager and staff, this is your place.
Let me start by saying i had to wait a longtime until i got my room that was reserved for bday party. Very poor service in which they also forget to mention when you book that after the time in the party room kids can not go back and play, that really ticked me off since u paid so much for nothing. I was very unhappy the host was quite and had attitude towards the end. Never again.

Provided by SuperpagesTook my day care on a field trip last thursday and boy did they have a blast! they have a 3 story playground along with about 5 or 6 inflatbales that it was trouble trying to get the kids to go home ! i would recommend this place to anyone..

The staff is highly expierenced with children and they handle a high stress environment with ease. As i attended my sons birthday, i loved the fact that the host took care of everything. If im not wrong i believe my host was "Josh" and he did an absolute fantastic job. the only thing i did not like was how we could not bring our own outside drink.

Provided by SuperpagesThis place rocks. Its basically $10 to get in and the kids can play for two hours. The free wifi lets me get some work done while the kids play.
Great place for kids. My 6 year old had a great time. The food is great and compared to many other bouncey houses it is very clean.

Provided by SuperpagesWhat an amazing place. The bounce house is probablt the best place to bring your kids to. My kids had a blast and only for 9.00 dollars for two hours you cant beat that with how much things they have to offer. I will recommend this place for every kid.
Bounce house is a cool place for kids. its 9.00 for 2 hours, after my son played for his 2 hours, still didnt want to go home he was crying. kids are kids and alway going to be kids. but the best thing is to see that smile on there face.

Provided by Superpagesbounce house is a nice place. the only thing i dont like about it is the parking. i always have to park far from it because there are no spaces open because its so busy. but one thing that interest me is when they told me that they are getting bungee jumping. i know my kids will love that
