This place is amazing. My husband and I have purchased fish here and sold them. In another review you'll see a comment about favoritism because they hold certain big fish for long periods of time. I've spoken with the fish manager plenty of times. The store policy is not to accept large fish without first securing a buyer. This is because they don't have the room to store large fish long term. Jeff (often the larger fish are held for him) is a professional aquarium guy. They hold the large fish for him because he picks them up and delivers them to buyers. There is no favoritism. Most fish labeled nfs (not for sale) because they are new deliveries or trade ins from customers. In which case they are under quarantine temporarily. If you take a minute to understand how the store runs, you'll love it. The selection is huge, the stock is all healthy (all species), the staff is super friendly and helpful. You'll find what you need and then some. Don't hesitate, just go in and see for yourself.

I went to Bridges and the Customer Service was Awesome and the Sales staff were very knowledgeable when i asked questions about certain products. The Store itself is the Best kept and maintained Pet store i have ever been in.Was a Fantastic experience Keep up the Great Work

i went in and got great and friendly customer service. store was beautiful. soooo much stuff!! prices were fair and they had a lot of animals from fish, to small animals, to tons of reptiles! they even changed their policy on puppies and kittens. shelters will be coming to bridges to adopt out dogs and cats!!
