Our award winning rums are hand-crafted from start to finish in our artisan distillery. At the heart of our craft is in how we create our infusions. ​Typically, flavored spirits are made with artificial liquid flavorings called ''natural flavors". We think our approach of infusing real food ingredients into the rum creates a truly superior spirit. We offer free tours, tastings, The Infinity Room tiki bar with Siesta Key Rum cocktails available for purchase and a Gift Shop. While our tours are free you must pre register on our website or by giving us a call.
