Cabela's

Tyler and Ben have always been friendly and most helpful in the fishing department. They have helped me out with all my reels, rods, and lures. They always take time to discuss your needs in detail, and point you to the right equipment. I have recently gotten into many different kinds of fishing and these two guys have always pointed me in the right direction. I go to the fishing dept at this store because I feel I can talk to people who are passionate about the sport and want you to be happy as a customer. My thanks to these two guys for sure. Joe

IF you have a return and the credit must go on your Credit Card, GO SOME WHERE ELSE. Besides the run around of people who don't know the full details, they have a customer service person call not knowing the banking process, it takes up to 5 Business days (MINIMUM) to see the refund. the lady above doesn't know what she is talking about, great store, in any retail store you will have some salesmen that need improvement, that's when you ask for a supervisor/manager to correct the issue.

I have never been very impressed with the Cabela's in Rapid City, SD. I am short of stature and have to use a compact rifle. I went to Cabela's in Rapid City to find a compact rifle to purchase and they had ONE on the shelf. Also, I have been in the store many times with my husband when he has purchased rifles and hunting accessories and have found the salesmen at the gun counter to be somewhat rude and not very knowledgeable. They do at times have some good sales, but their regular priced items can be found much cheaper at other stores.
