I was on my way to Shelby co. for the weekend from Gulf Shores and wanted to stop by on the way up since they would be closed on Sunday. I didn't make it in time but since I had heard a lot of good things about them, me and a buddy decided we would make the drive Sat. anyway. Everybody was nice and helpful, I had a cam swapped out and peep removed, etc. and my buddy spent $500 on accessories and a target. Next time I'm up that way, I'll definitely stop back by as they have a great selection on quality products and accessories. Thanks, Ron Smith Gulf Shores, AL

Poor customer service. I placed an order for carbon arrows and was told that the order would take two weeks. The salesperson I spoke with never called me back. So I called the store after two weeks had passed to inquire about my order. They couldn't find my name, the order, and had no information as to when the order from Tenpoint would arrive. I said that I would order directly from Tenpoint and the salesperson non-chalantly replied "ok." They have no desire to earn new customers, keep customers, or service the public with product or information. Go ANYWHERE else but to this poorly managed store.

Great place for all your archery and hunting needs. Staff is very knowledgable and experienced.
