I wish I could give a negative star I called to ask for one on the managers and was told she wasn't in well that fine and dandy but when she said it the first time I didn't hear her that good so I repeated myself and the lady didn't state her name or anything about the store like she was suppose to! She just VERY RUDLY said "she's not here today" and hung up, it was the nastiest attitude I have ever heard and I will NOT be doing business with them :(

OK grooming, but never there on time I have to wait when I set up an appointment for a certain time. Girls there don't seem genuine. Feels like I'm being fed a bunch of baloney and no grooming manager to watch over them! Hopefully they get one in soon because I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog to a bunch of unsupervised girls.
