Mr. Petman Supercenter

This is the best pet store! So many wonderful animals to look at, as well as, handle. The staff is so helpful and informative. They had no problem with my little kids wanting to touch and pet the animals, and were ready to assist them, even when we were just in to browse. They also have a ton of supplies, very fair prices. My kids just want to keep visiting- they say it's better than the zoo. :) Thank you Mr. Petman! We're lifelong customers!!

For anyone giving this store a good review, you're complacent with animal abuse/neglect! All of the snakes in the store have shed on them and look extremely malnourished. I purchased a boa constrictor imperator sold off as a boa constrictor constrictor(red tail) and she was infested with mites we later discovered. At one point we went and even noticed one of their brbs had a missing eye. What I'd have to say most bothered me was a emerald green tree boa constrictor slouching his head sideways in his water dish completely unresponsive to any movement or sound. He was covered in shed and dry to the bone and sadly I think he was still breathing. Would've bought him if he wasn't $750.

Horrible. Their fish tanks smell so bad you can't walk through to view the aquariums. Everything in the store is completely overpriced. The owner and manager Anthony is a completely horrible and rude person. I have NEVER in my days met someone with customer service abilities as low as his. The employees (save a few) have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Only goal they have in mind is to make a sale as high priced as possible, not for the safety or care of your animals at all! Will never EVER shop or have dealings with them again. I cannot for the life of me figure out how they are in business at all.

Although this pet store has been a local favorite for my family for years I will say DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy pet rodents from this store!!!!! I have had 3 pet rats from this pet store in the past 5 months which have all died almost immediately after purchasing them! And why the hell did they sell them to me if they knew they were sick? I have absolutely no idea. I keep going back hoping it's better than buying pet rats from petco or petsmart but I am completely wrong. I would rather take in a street rat than buy one from here. They are covered in bugs when handed over to you. It took me a week to get these disgusting bugs off my female rats fur which was causing her to have bloody blistered scratches from where she scratched and bit. My 3rd rat passed away tonight and I am so fed up with this store! I am very educated on rats and I've had many in my life but this pet store is absolutely awful with their care for their rodents. Why is it that only from this store my rats die and do not get to live out their lives. I hate bringing home a pet rat, setting up it's cage, water, food and treats and than coming back in to later find it dead. And you thought just rats were dying of strange seizures or UPI's? WRONG! My next door neighbor had a black bunny from mr. petman which lived for 4 days after she purchased it. If you are looking for a pet to love, play with and have for a long time DO NOT BUY IT FROM HERE. I promise you will regret it.

Mr. Petman has really gone down in the quality of pets. Four out of four sick/dead/dying! All other pets from other places doing great; not even a cold!
