Definitely not as personable as the Pet store around the corner. And unfortunately not very knowledgeable on what they carry and what the products are used for. Love the selection and the prices, just get some more employees that know about animals and fish.

As good as any large=box pet store -- lots of good quality stuff. Only complaint or comment is there wasn't as much attention to customers (do you need help? or do you have any questions I can help with?) Not nearly as customer-friendly as the local Wasilla pet store that's been here for years.
