- Hill-Stead Museum is a historical home that displays Impressionist paintings from around the world. It also is host to concerts, lectures, workshops, family festivals and the Sunken Garden Poetry Festival. Grounds are open daily 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.. The Hill-Stead Museum Admission is by guided tour only except the first Sunday of every month. Admission is $15 adults, $12 seniors and students, $8 children ages 6-12 and free for members and children under six.
