TP's RAD Jet Ski Rentals

I tried four times in two months to rent from them. I drove by and asked first. I was told the operating hours were from 9 AM to 5 PM.I came by at 4:00 PM the next day - on a Thursday- to rent a ski-jet for 1/2 hour and I was told that it was too late because it takes 45 minutes just to complete the forms. ALL the jets were availableTwo weeks later I tried again around 11:00 AM and there was nobody around to talk to. Somebody told me that they were very busy- indeed more than half of the jets were out of their parking slots. I showed up next day at 3:45 and I was told that I cannot rent a jet because the person working there was by himself and he needed to go pick up a jet from somewhere else. I kindly asked the associate working there to convey a message to his manager: Poorly managed.Yesterday I tried again at 3:45 (after work)- same result. This time the manager himself was alone and had to pick up jet from somewhere. On top of that he was rude and aggresive.
