Great selection of fish and even better prices. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
Every time I go here I feel like I am bothering the employees when asking them to get me fish. It's extremely awkward and honestly the only reason why I choose to go somewhere else before going here. I have waited a while hoping an employee would eventually ask me if I needed help in order to avoid the awkwardness but it never works out that way. No matter how long I wait I am never asked if I need help or what they can get for me, each time I have to approach an employee myself and feel like I am being a nuisance.
If this weren't a problem every time I went I would definitely rate it 5 stars and this would be the place I chose first for all of my fish needs.
Great Place Lowest Prices and Quality Fish over 400 Aquarium. Been shopping with them since the old Location.

Best Aquarium Store ever just moved here from Ohio. This blows every store away I have ever been in. They also have Dog Food, Cat and tons of Reptile Supplies. Just bought my first bag of Buffalo Blue had to drive 30 min before to get it plus they where cheaper too. Thanks The Hidden Reef

I was asked if I needed help several times. The store was clean, organized, fish looked healthy in all tanks. We live about 60 miles away but I plan to visit about one a month or more. Nice place.

Provided by SuperpagesThe hidden Reef is the best fish store around! People say the tanks have ick and anchor worm? There wrong im in there every other week and I know everything there is to know about fish. People who say stuff like that are probably someone who doesn't know a thing about fish or are just doing that to help the competition up the street (the fish factory). Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Provided by Superpagesi have a great experience every time i go there they have a great selection of fish & what ever else you need ..if you have a problem with your tank they walk you through the problem ...for example i had at least one fish dyeing on me every day for like 3 days i thought i tried everything .but just from me talking to the staff i got to the bottom of it .now my fish tank is back in great condition ..bought the right products & now every thing is fine thanks to them i highly recommend the hidden reef ..been to other fish places but nothing compares to the hidden reef my fishies owe them a lot .they will always be my number one choise
