Painting Parties & Banquet Hall Rental The Farmhouse Paint and Sip wants to host your next party! Weddings, Birthday parties, batchelorette parties, baby showers, family reunions, and whatever else you might be celebrating. Your Step by Step Painting Party includes: 2-3 hours of step-by-step instruction by a local artist, all canvas and paint materials, aprons, set up and clean up. We have a full bar and cafe with light snacks for your guests. Private Painting Parties can be arranged for 20 or more guests. There is no room rental fee for parties of 20 or larger. We reserve a 3 hour time frame for each party. We also offer catering services! Painting supplies per person $35 Extra Party time $100 x hour To plan your Private Painting Party contact us at (414) 419-0000 Banquet Hall Rental: Non painting event Our farmhouse is equipped with a full bar and cozy farm style tables and chairs to accommodate up to 99 guests. $150 deposit due at the time of booking, and full payment due 48 hours prior to the time of the event. Weekday rental rates are as follows: Mon – Thurs 9 am – 12 am $100 x hour Friday 9 am – 3 pm $150 x hour Friday 3 pm – 12 am $350 x hour Saturday 9 am – 3 pm $150 x hour Saturday 3 pm – 12 am $350 x hour Sunday 9 am – 7 pm $150 x hour Important to know: Reservations: Reservations are required. Cancellation: 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations 48 hours before the session will be charged for half the cost of the session. Cancellations 3 hours before the session will be charged for the full cost of the session. Cancellations can be made by emailing info@farmhousepaintandsip.com or calling us at 414-419-0000. Minimum Age: All ages are welcome during our daytime sessions from 12 PM-7 PM. During our evening sessions on Friday and Saturday minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
