PetSmart

I confidently called the Petsmart on Hull street and booked an appointment, I showed up at Carmia way and they could not find me on the book, they called around to see if I had an appointment elsewhere, and found it was on Hull Street. They gave me a card with their number on it and then took me in anyways without an appointment! The girl who helped me was Krysten. She made me feel welcome, and loved on Brutus who took to her immediately. I selected a length for my dog and she informed me that it might look choppy and recommended that I choose a shorter or longer length, I insisted on the length I chose... but when I came back to pick up Brutus... she was correct, she smiled and offered to do the cut shorter in order to fix the chops, she did it immediately while I waited. He looked just perfect when she was done! I am very pleased with this store and these groomers.

Petsmart used to be a pretty good deal for a big box store. That is no longer true. Epecially if you are there for fish supplies. The number of tanks has dropped dramatically and they seem to think they can fit the same number of fish in what remains. The fish are clearly stressed and the staff can't remove the dead fish fast enough. The variety of aquarium products and accessories has also shrunk. Oddly, they still have competing products in some areas but other products were completely eliminated. This store is going in the wrong direction.
