        We bought two hamsters here at Christmas. My two children had to watch them die a gross death. They only replace dead hamsters, but had only sick ones. We opted to wait two weeks for the babies to be ready. When i called back they were all sold out! We are now waiting again. They will not take name and phone and call me, but said i must keep calling. Terrible place! Do not shop here!

        Smelly store

        I think this store smells bad. They have a lot of stuff there but could use some cleaning. I once bought a fish there that died on the last day of guarantee and couldn't bring in until next day. I called stating this. Next day I got there with dead fish and they would not stand behind it. Not going there again unless desparate for food or something.

        For Customer Service and Knowledgable staff this store can't be beat!!! It has a great reptile selection and their fish room is awesome!
