        I got two dogs, tried a lot of places..love petco because they use all natural products, licensed groomer,(found out the hard way that in new Hampshire anyone can call themselves a groomer), they don't medicate the dogs,they don't take all day to groom my dogs,I can see them work,they are insured and most of all my dogs are happy when I pick them up and look good..pricing is mid range but would rather pay more for the all natural product as one dog has allergies..cheaper haircut isn't worth a vet bill later.

        I to had a similar experience, staff was irritated with me droppnig off and picking up my inlaws springer spaniel. I actually almost didn't leave him. They were poorly trained, unpersonable, and seemed like it was a chore to take care of customers, how did they treat the dog when I was gone? Not recomended.

        the grooming staff is poorly trained in how to treat customers. Tried to charge for work not done, manager not available when asked for and no attempt to contact manager. Very uncomfortable situation, not resolved well. Manager not very involved with customer issues?
