I appreciated the quality and quantity of selections in this store. However the reason for the low rating is when I took my dog there to get groomed the woman was so mean to my dog. She is use to getting bathed, but not use to getting treated so cruel. The woman grabbed the collar and proceeded to choke her all the way to the back, we proceeded to cancel the order!

I hate to say it but the petco service here sucks. Customer service is kinda rude- just a bunch of teens trying to make some cash. The fish guy made it in to a drama scene trying to buy a sucker fish - he pretty much wanted me to have to take a water test in my fish tank before I could buy the damn fish? what was that about? the fish wouldve only been the third sucker in my tank - its not like I had my fish dying on me. Also, everytime I go in there they got 75% of the fish under observation with floaters on top of the water.###Yeah I still go here to get what I need but I dont buy fish from them anymore
