I have brought my dog here for a few years now and the girls are very nice to me and my dog. The young girl cashier was very nice too. Only thing I wish I could do is give them a tip by my credit card, because they don't do cash back. The prices are reasonable, the groomers are trustworthy & when I ask them questions about grooming they are knowledgeable.

As for the lady who said that her dog had "flees" from the store - here's my thought: My dog had fleas once when I brought him there and the groomers spotted them. They then called me to let me know my dog did have fleas & gave him a flea shampoo, and informed me that the shampoo will kill what's on the dog but will not prevent anything further. If your dog has fleas, they are also in your HOUSE - you have to do what's necessary to get rid of them in your home, or the fleas go right back on your dog. I have no idea why they wouldn't do the same for you and your dog.

I will never take my dog to their groomers. We were standing at the window checking out the dogs at the groomers. It was interesting for me to see how they go about grooming a poodle because I have one. Oh boy The groomer sitting facing the window was making faces and started talking Which I dismissed until the groomer standing in the back with her back turned, turns around and start making ugly faces at us. So I said why are they acting like that? the girl in the back with best ugly attitude she could put on appeared to be saying what as The one sitting in the front was saying something with clearly a nasty attitude. I'm thinking at this point, I don't think that these woman will be touching my baby. I go to the manager he says in so many words they don't like being watched and that he has gotten other complaints about it and will deal with it. it didn't seem to me he took it serious, (they had fighting faces) So I pressed the issue that something really need to be done because they were really nasty. Then he asked me was it the ones closest to the window. anyway As we were leaving I looked in again cause I was kind of in disbelief. it happened again so I went in and told her " I will not be bringing my poodle here because of the way you treated me. At first she said " I don't know what your talking about , I looked up and you were throwing your hands up" Which was false. I put my hands out when I said why are they acting like that. I said no you were making faces at us the whole time. as I started to leave the manager came in and then she started leaning over yelling " This isn't a side show" and "do I come to your house to watch you" "I said I don't get paid for you to come watch me." her comment was really weird to me because I would think that most people would check the groomers out before using them. And I thought the fact of the window makes me feel better because I can look and see how the dogs are doing. Anyway as we were walking pass the store (of course I was complaining and looking in) The girl was still doing stuff toward me. I was stunned by her ugly I couldn't move so I started searching around for that 1 800 number (and yes a customer came out and yes I started venting to her cause yes I was angry. ) and the manager came out and I asked him for the 1 800 number. He asked me to leave and I said I want to call corporate because basically the girl threatened me (she took her shirt off and did some weird gesture pointing from her eyes to mine. whatever that mean) He said he could call the police because I was on their property loitering and all Like I was going to waist my day standing there long enough for the police to show. I just wanted to call corporate and get any info I needed when they ask me questions. I felt kind of guilty because he was trying to be polite, and I was complaining to the customer. So I walked away. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated, which is why I have not mentioned the girls name. so I walked away and sure enough they asked me for the store number. lol. Anyway he said I was trying to make the situation worse that I wanted her to come out there. None of that is true. I never meant for it to get that bad. I just told the girl I wouldn't be bringing my poodle here because of the way you treated me. I just wanted her to realize that she could be loosing business because of her attitude about being watched. You just lost a customer.

It is up to you if you use this groomers but I recommend you watch first. Whats the point on the glass if I can't look through

I took my dog to have a bath this past Friday he is now covered in flees. He is also a all white small puppy if he had any fleas going and how could they had missed that I just got done giving him a bath so many fleas and eggs fell off him I am disgusted have been up all night washing everything in my house and the dog I have fleas covered on everything including myself I will never take my dog back to that Petco and Owings Mills a all white puppy I don't understand if he had fleas how could that have been missed as soon as I got him what I saw so many eggs and please
