        I was in Petsmart on Veterans Pkwy today needing some information on a supplement and dog food for my dog. I approached an employee named Courtney, and asked for assistance; she was very reluctant to help me. She spoke with me for about 20 minutes, and was ABSOLUTELY helpful with what I was needing to know and purchase as well. I just wanted to give Courtney an A+ for customer service and to recommend anybody that needs help to ask for her.
