        Groomers are poor in ability and in personality. Treat dogs roughly and do not listen to customers concerns or requests. Policies are very inconsistent and unrealistic in some cases. My dog was boarded there and they did not give him the medicine that he needed. I will never go back there again.

        I love using this store. Most of all my dog love going. As soon as he sees the store front he gets excited to get out, which for a 200lb. Great Dane is quiet a thing to see.I frequently use the PetHotel when I go out of town and have never have a problem and he's always happy and clean when I pick him up. Their pet training classes are great as well as long as the owner keeps up with the training outside of the classes.I highly reccomend this location and it's staff. They are wonderful and really make me feel at ease when leaving my boy with them.
