Great People to talk to / getting service done next to impossible Dropped bow off for new string 5 weeks later still not done. Would not recommend

My family has gone to them for years. The staff is knowledgeable. When asked they give honest information. They won't however, talk you out of blowing your money, but that's what they are in business for. I've had them do work on my setup and they've always done a quality job. They only thing that I can complain about is that they don't keep a huge inventory like your local Gander Mountain. They have a limited selection on accessory things like arrow fletching jigs and other accessories, but they are more than happy to order specific items. They have a small selection of used bows (some laughably old but some quite nice). They also have a nice indoor range, and the staff is usually there to help give friendly advice as to how to improve your accuracy. They are also one of the few Mathews dealers in Grand Rapids! Overall its a great place to go for either information and product reviews, bows, arrows, and important bow accessories, you just won't find scent-lok underwear on the shelves.

Dishonest, talked by about my bow because it wasn't a brand they sold. Dropped my bow, said he didn't do it, even though I saw him drop it, and broke a limb and never even received an apology.

Couldn't ask for more for a hunting store. They had it all; knowledge, price, availability, training.Loved the one on one that we received. They really love what they do and offer to the archery industry.
