Went to get my dogs nails trimmed and grinded. Supposed he wasn't fussy like usual but turned out the lady that ended up doing it never really cut anything or grinded anything. Overall was upset considering I like this location

We purchased our hamester For our kids. 35 days later it got sick and then died. PetCo said it's outside heir 30 day policy. It's our problem. Tell that to the children.

We purchase a hamster for our children. It got sick 35 days after we purchased it. Died days later. And I brought it in and they told me they have a 30 day policy and that it was my problem.

Do not trust this business.

Please explain that to the children.
