Extremely professional i have bought 6 different bows through the years and have always received A+ service.

If it was possible I wouldnt give this place a single star. My time with them took a week, and I was expecting 30 minutes when I first walked in.



I went there on a Tuesday because I needed to fix the strings on my bow, walked in talked and it wasnt bad until I found out after asking that they needed to order the strings. Now this might be my first time replacing my strings but one would thing that an archery store would have this minor part, you know the part that makes a bow A BOW! Whatever I pay for my strings and my new parts cause what the hell I can upgrade my bow a little. I pay for it all and they use their amazing tech, a calculator that hardly works, to come to the final price. I pay for it all and head out to the car. Just as I am about to leave the old man that gave me the prices on every thing comes running out and stops us saying he messed up on the pricing of the strings, cool he must of charged me too much, boy was I wrong. I needed to PAY an extra 10 bucks per string and after was told that my bow should be done Thursday-Friday.



Well Thursday comes by, no call, Friday rolls by no call by 2 so I call them. I find out that they FORGOT to order the strings so its gonna take some more time, by Monday it should be done. AWESOME there goes my weekend plans of shooting. Monday roles around, no call. Tuesday rolls around, no call, so I call them AGAIN. The parts weren't all shipped, they got one of the three parts. At time point I am fuming but I am still able to keep a rather calm voice on the phone. Wednesday rolls around, no call. Thursday rolls around, no call, I call them FOR THE THIRD TIME! I find out they finished Wednesday and they supposedly called me. I never got the call, my phone was by me, never range, never moves, never got a voice mail so Im calling bullpucky on that one. I come in, get my bow, fire around 24 shots at there range, and leave. Only time I went there and they hadn't screwed up on something.



They are very knowledgeable when it comes to archery, I cannot deny this, but when it come to any form of business knowledge they fall far below the bar.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a pluthera of knowledge to share and very patient with the youth. I have been going there for a few years, and purchase 90% of my equipment from them. They truly help you get started in the right direction.
