Soaring Hawk is a "nano-boutique" winery on the beautiful backroads of Santa Margarita. We offer free tastings and wine education with the winemaker and owners. Guests receive a welcoming, personal experience here and can stand at the tasting bar or can be seated at a shady table overlooking oaks and grassy meadows. We are open by appointment daily and during industry-wide event weekends.
