Bird Cage Pet Shop

I got a puppy from here about a month ago and when I brought her home she pooped out living worms. I knew the store had a bad name but I couldn't leave the poor puppy there. When I called to let them know they didn't seem worried at all, didn't care. I took her to my vet the following day because more and more worms started coming out and she was miserable. At this point I didn't even care about the $. The wormer this place treats their pups with doesn't cover tapeworms. My vet said she showed signs of recent flea infestation which causes tapeworms! At 7wks old!! How sad :( I sent a message to owner and never heard back. I hope the rest of her siblings are ok!!! This place needs to be shut down!!! They don't deserve one star!

We purchased a kitten for Christmas that came home urinating blood. When we called back they advised me to return the kitten and they would have it put to sleep. I have kept the kitten and he is doing much better after proper medical care. I would not recommend this place for anyone or animal. They say they have a health guarantee but do not honor it. I am reporting them to the bbb and humane society. This place needs to be shut down.
