I've always received excellent service. While waiting on staff to complete my needs there's always different staff asking if I need help. Really enjoy doing business there. They're very knowledgeable.

Louisiana Archery prides itself on excellent customer service and product knowledge. Customers are treated like family and our service department is 2nd to none. We service all bows and crossbows. Our Bow Techs are professionals and can answer any questions you may have.

My experience with them is that I was COMPLETELY ignored by the store staff there! I don't know if it's because I wasn't wearing camoflauge or because I have long hair but for whatever reason I will NOT be going there again. I asked one of the employees there if I could get some help on a bow (as I'm looking to buy either a Bear Anarchy or BowTech Assassin and he just continued talking with some guy (I'm assuming that is/was a friend of his or repeat customer). The employee looked at me for maybe a moment and then decided that I wasn't even worth speaking to and continued on his conversation with his 'buddy.' I will NOT be back there and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and will bring my business to another place of business. I don't care where I have to drive to find a good bow store I'll go there because a bow store is about customer service not being popular! It's also about being able to SERVICE bows and this place does NOT have a service department so why do they sell bows?! There selection also is FAR from my liking.
