- Park Description The park is an exciting and interactive park in which staff and trainers give you a personal guided tour while interacting with the predators to bring out their natural and instinctive behaviors. We also demonstrate the incredible athletic abilities of the cats. The Park is nestled in the Siskiyou Mountains in Southern Oregon. Our 10 acres are home to one of the largest and most varied collections of exotic cats on the west coast. There are up to 39 cats and 18 different species at the park. Our goal is to introduce and educate as many guests as possible to our many feline ambassadors and to help raise public awareness and support for many of these rare and endangered cats. The photo gallery consists of the many works of the Great Cats throughout the years. They have been featured in many publications from books and calendars to major motion pictures, such as "Vertical Limit", and various TV shows and commercials, such as "The Crocodile Hunter", "The Late Show with David Letterman", "The Late, Late Show with Conan O'Brien", "Newton's Apple" and the "Today Show". We hope you will enjoy these beautiful predators as much as we enjoy working with them.

Provided by DexKnowsamazing--the relationship between the handlers and cats is incredible. I have never seen cats this close up, let alone seeing their behaviors! the tour is guided and very educational--you hear all sorts of cool info while seeing cats right up close! The jaguars are amazing, and they even have a clouded leopard!! I love it when the white tiger whines for attention too....the cats there are raised by the two handlers/owners that live at the park to care for these guys--you can tell they love their cats. They are helping to breed some of the most endangered cats on earth as well as educating the public. They can even handle these cats in wild habitats for photos! The owner/handler is a very interesting guy, and he and his female partner have such a way with these cats. Emily and Craig thanks so much for all you do! I will bring as many people to your park as possible to help support your great work. Can't wait to pet babies from your breeding projects soon!

Provided by DexKnowsThe people are great and the tour was in depth. You can meet celebrities here every day as well (most of the cats are actors as well). This is a great way to spend the day and well worth the drive. I'd pick this over wildlife images and wildlife safari.
