        We have taken our male Yorkshire Terrier to this location for 18 months. I am less pleased with the service than my spouse. There have been 3 incidence when we called to make a reservation and upon arrival they were surprised, apparently loosing the information. This results in our Yorkie being worked in their schedule which leaves much to be desired in the quality of grooming. We always select the same groomer and when he is not in a rush our Yorkie looks great. They always want you to leave your pet 3 or 4 hours before pick up?? They appear to have and assembly line process so I don't believe your pet bonds well with your groomer. SW Charlotte could use another one or two grooming places of business. My rating B-

        Melanie Lambert is the Best Grromer

        I found the store clean, neat, and organized. I was not there to groom my dog but I encountered Ms. Lambert and she explained the importance of good doggie hygine. I bought the bath, brush, nail,ear, teeth and trim package and my dog looks great! She handle his tempertantrum with calm and understanding. Please ask for Ms. Lambert when you go I promise you will be pleased
