Fish Cave

The absolute best place to go for freshwater and saltwater fish. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I've got two small children who love to look at the fish, and the young girls in there have always been very nice to them, explaining why they can't touch the tanks and not just telling them not to touch them. The tanks are always immaculate and well taken care of. They update their salt list every week with new selections. The prices are the best in town and the fish are the healthiest. I won't go anywhere else to buy fish.

Don't go here. Worst prices in town. Everything we have gotten here has died with in 24 hours. To include our trigger giving our whole tank the ICK. We took water samples and the fish in to be checked out as to what happened and the owner told us that the trigger (purchased the day before) wasn't supposed to be for sale because it was sick. However I guess he failed to tell his two teen age employees who were instead of selling the fish were supposed to separate it and start treating it. It was a devastating loss to our whole tank which was doing great, and our water tested out wonderfully. I have been going here for years and in the last 6 months it has gone horribly down hill. And they are so rude, one of the employees yelled at my son fir sitting in a chair to look at a tank, he wasn't touching it, he just saw a chair which they leave in this area and sat down to look at the tank while we were a foot away looking in another tank. No one is very helpful they have made us feel like we were a burden of their time and usually when we go in end up standing there for a long time before anyone offers to help. And they have the most expensive prices in town for anything.. I have had much better luck making the drive to Wilmington.



I don't know why my review says to Check it out.. I didn't put that. My review of this place is to stay away save your heart and your money on this horror.

This store has very knowledgable staff, always friendly and clean. The tanks are clean, the fish healthy. I've had the best luck with the saltwater fish and corals I have bought here.
