        We have two dogs that we bring in to the Pet Smart on Tracy st. Normally they do a wonderful job. Today we brought in our Japanese Chin, and a man named Allen did our dogs hair, we ended up getting a refund, and one of the groomers who has been there the longest could not fix what mess Allen left our dog in! I will NOT ever let him near either of my dogs ever again. I can not even begin to explain how BAD this haircut is. I will be visiting with the manager of the grooming salon and confronting this Allen about the hair cut he gave to my dog. He was supposed to and said he did trim my dogs nails...He LIED! I am sooo angry! My poor dog had to endure two haircuts in one day....and it still looks very bad! The second groomer really did try to fix it, she did what she could do. There is no excuse for this man who calls himself a groomer.
