        rude service, poor communication.

        my wife made an appt., was told she was the only one and that the time she chose for our nervous chow was a calm period with little business. long story short, she called to tell them she was running a few min. late and was told to come on in. gets there and the groomer told her, rudely, that she couldn't take her anymore and that this was their peak business hour. All.of this after my wife had arranged a sitter for our young daughters, emptied the SUV and prepped the fog. Ridiculous.
