The techs there (customer service) are extremely helpful. If they can't answer your question they will find someone who can. They have reasonably good prices & a very knowledgeable staff. I take my dog there all the time. It is your one stop pet shop! They have an animal hospital, a grooming service, food & supplies (for every kind of animal) & they even having training classes for your dogs. You can even adopt animals there! It's a great place.

I had the pleasure of Michele Muklebust grooming my dogs. She is very caring and gentle and does a beautiful cut! I have pomeranians and they look adorable. Her shop is always spotless and she is on time. Her attention to detail is so refreshing these days, I always get the impression that my dog is special to her and from the comments of other customers at the shop I feel they think the same. You need more groomers who provide the level of excellent customer service that she does. A definite asset to the Petsmart team.
