The store employees are very sarcastic and rude. My first complaint happened last year...my husband and I were there to look at some new dog food for our 3 dogs. I usually appreciate any help I can get, but this guy was very rude. We're on a budget and we couldn't afford the $60 price tag on 1 bag of dog food for 1 dog. We tried to explain this to him, but he took offense and treated us as if we didn't care for our dogs at all! We are very kind and patient people, but after taking his "abuse" we kindly told him we'll take over from here and do a little "research" ourselves. He was definitely insulted, but oh well. The second incident was with another sales associate today. I was there to buy dental chews for our dogs teeth and breath...bottom line, he was sarcastic and obviously annoyed that I stopped him to ask a question. These are people who CHOOSE to be in customer related jobs!
