The best pet store around, hands down. We've been going to this pet store for more than 11 years now. They greet you by name and always ask how the kids are doing if they aren't with me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well stocked. Love this place!

My husband and I live in bossier and were tired of the pet store here. We looked online for different pet stores and found the pet zone. While my husband was at work I made the first trip to the petzone and it was wonderful it didn't smell like a pet store and the staff greeted me as soon as I opened the door. There was one girl named Casey she said she had just started .Super nice girl very helpful with every question that I had, nothing she couldn't answer and if she didn't know she called someone to help. When my husband returned home from work we both went back and the same girl helped us again. We ended up spending 200 dollars. This store and staff are more caring about there customers and animals than trying to sell you the most expensive product. I'll recommend this store every time .
