Petco

Yesterday I went to buy fish and dog food. I went to the other counter since the one closest to the entrance was closed. As I waited in line a older woman and daughter( daughter was in her 50s) came around the register the opposite way... The wrong way. They stepped right between the customer being helped and us with no shame. They were not American, however they spoke their native language...some where from the Middle East. I wanted to smash her face in. In the meantime the cashier blew it off, as if to say to us " oh well too bad" . What's wrong with people?? So ignorant.

Im not a big fan of giving custumer feedback, but today i was not satisfied with petco, i arrived att 8:55 at this store and the employee said that they just closed and closed the doors but 10 minutes later a customer arrived and she open the doors even knowing the cashier was closed and then she looked att me by the window and looked away. i find that verry disrespectful.

my needs where as urgent as the last custumer.
