        Blumenhof Winery is located in the charming village of Dutzow, Missouri, the oldest permanent German settlement west of the Mississippi River, nestled in the rolling foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Blumenhof is open every day year-round, closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Blumenhof offers free tasting daily and free live entertainment every weekend, with the Brat Haus Grill open on weekends during Spring, Summer and Autumn. Blumenhof is a small, family-owned winery, with three generations of the Blumenberg family involved in producing award-winning wines. All of their wines are made from locally-grown grapes. They have won numerous Best of Class awards in regional and international competitions. Thirty minutes from Chesterfield, less than an hour from St. Louis, just seven miles from Augusta - feel free to pack a picnic basket and head out to Blumenhof.         It's a great place for a casua...

        It's a great place for a casual afternoon with friends and family. You can bring your own picnic or buy a brat and Kartoffelsalat, listen to music and enjoy the fresh air. No high prices, just friendly faces. Check their website for live music scheduled on weekends.
