        kitten adoption

        Giving this store 1 Star is a reach...Brought my kids to look at adopting a kitten since we recently lost one of our cats and the lady working the cat area is a joke. The whole process is a joke. Yet another reason why we don't shop at Petsmart.

        I had asked for a specific groomer for my pet and left explicit instructions twice for the trim around my dog's ears. Both times my American Eskimo's fur around his ears were trimmed off. Yes, the groomer was not the one I had specifically requested, To say the least, the groomer I had requested was not even working that day. I was told that I could have had the groomer I wanted "fix" the problem. Fix? How do you "fix" fur that has been cut off? To say the least, I was not a "happy" customer. I was assured that my request would be put in the computer. I will give PetSmart one more chance and that will be it. My pharmacist told yesterday she took her dog there just once and she will not take it back again. So sorry!

        We have a good time taking our pooch there. So nice that you can take your pet out to shop with you. He always has a good time meeting new friends. And love the idea of the Pet Perks Card to get extras in the mail.
