I called ahead to reserve a suite for my 2 dogs. When I walked in to board my dogs for the 1st time here, I handed the receptionist my shot records. She flipped right past them and I showed them to her. She asked me when each shot had to be renewed (as if I had any clue) and another staff member took the 2 leeshes from me so I could sign the papers. They didn't ask me about any behavior or health issues, and 1 of the dogs is a rescue w/an abusive past that I was worried about. Before I could finsh signing my dogs were gone w/out a goodbye. I asked to see where they would be staying (for $80 a day I don't see how that is an absurd request) she told me that only staff is allowed back. I watched as they put my 2 dogs in a medium size cage @ eye level. I was shocked, since I had reserved a suite. A man could tell I was bothered and I explained that I had reserved a suite, and the woman helping me never confirmed the conditions I had requested. The woman came back to the desk from putting my dogs in the cage, and the guy told her I wanted them moved to a suite (as if I hadn't reserved it a week ago, and wanted the favor) and she wrote a new collar and threw the pen down. 3.5 days later when I picked the dogs up, I paid $300 and the guy told me they didn't eat, and 1 of the dogs was extremely nervous (not the 1 w/a past of abuse.) I paid $300 for my dogs to be scared and hungry.
